Delete your DeepBrief account

You can delete your DeepBrief account at any time, from the app or by email if you no longer have it.

In the app

1. Open Profile → Delete my account.
2. Read the confirmation and request a code, sent to your account email address.
3. Paste the code into the app and confirm. The code expires after ten minutes.

Without the app

Email support@deepbriefapp.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We check that the request comes from that address, delete the account and its data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Your account, sign-in identities and sessions are deleted.
• Your profile, personal briefs, feedback and notification records are deleted.
• Your personal audio files are cleaned up in the background.
• Technical records held by our providers follow their own retention cycles, usually up to 30 days.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in the store.
